The Online School of Food Design was founded in 2016 by Dr. Francesca Zampollo providing the first platform for online education in the Food Design discipline.
In December 2023 the Online School of Food Design was incorporated into the
INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR FOOD DESIGN i-fooddesign
co-funded by Dr. Francesca Zampollo and Jashan Sippy.
COURSES
Online and in-person courses and workshop programs for individuals and groups on various themes including Food Design Thinking, Future Food Tech, Multisensory Food Experiences, Sustainability and Food Systems Resilience as well as Beyond Food Styling.
EVENTS
The International Center for Food Design organizes regular online events for learning and exchange: debates, lectures, workshops, industry and academia feedback sessions, idea-pitch events, etc.
